Please read these terms carefully before booking your holiday with us.

These Terms of Service govern the booking services and travel packages provided by ExploreEra Tourism. By requesting a quote, submitting an inquiry, booking a package, or using our travel support services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Booking & Reservations

All reservations made through ExploreEra Tourism are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once we receive the required booking advance payment and issue an official booking voucher. Verbal confirmations or reservations without payments are not legally binding.

Pricing & Currency Disclaimer

Package prices listed on our website or quoted are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in hotel rates, flight tariffs, currency exchange rates, or government taxes. The finalized price will be locked upon receipt of the booking advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund amounts depend on the proximity of the cancellation date to the tour departure. Specific cancellation penalties apply for flights, luxury cruise lines, and peak season hotel bookings, as dictated by our vendor policies.

Package Availability & Changes

ExploreEra Tourism reserves the right to alter itineraries, hotel accommodations, or sightseeing order due to unforeseen situations such as weather delays, strikes, natural disasters, or technical flight disruptions. Equivalent standard options will always be provided.

Payment Terms

A booking deposit (typically 30-50%) is required at booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days before the tour start date. Failure to pay the balance within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of deposit.

Liability Disclaimer

ExploreEra Tourism acts as an agent connecting travelers with airlines, hotels, transport services, and local operators. We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, delay, baggage damage, or extra expense caused by vendor defaults, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
